Dilemma:

• Original mid 1970s condo has a general floor plan not suitable for new owner.

Resources:

• Extensive - Whole condominium remodel

Implementation:

• The owner, Z-3 Design, and R. J. Platt took a team approach, working together from design to move in.
• Gutted the entire condo, deleting one bedroom, enlarging the master bedroom/bathroom.
• Added new separate laundry room, new guest bedroom.
• Created additional natural lighting in dining room.
• All new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
