• Office space last remodeled in 1986 was dated, dark, and ill suited for Cube Space's shared office membership needs.

Resources:

• Moderate/time line sensitive

Implementation:

• Closely working with Cubespace's president we reinvested money in the construction budget by foregoing more detailed architectural drawings
• Altered the reception area for membership/retail use -Complete remodel of Conference area, lunch/meeting room, and men's/women's restrooms
• New fire life safety to current code
• New sophisticated phone and data systems.
