Dilemma:

• Cramped, dated, and separated LR, kitchen, and family room prevented functionality, flow and a spacious relation to the beautiful grounds outside.

Resources:

• Extensive main floor remodel.

Implementation:

• Removed two bearing walls and several non- bearing walls replacing them with steel and paralam beams.
• Replaced small windows with a 15 foot 'french' door glass panel system @ the family room.
• Completed a recessed panel maple extended kitchen featuring stone countertops, hardwood floors, and wine cabinetry.
• Added a gas fired fireplace at the LR with a slate surround, hearth, and a maple mantle.
• Revised the laundry room and guest bath for improved accessibility.
