WHAT WE DO
Residential Remodel: Over the years, our family of longtime employees, and our group of tried and true subcontractors have completed every residential remodel project imaginable. This list includes kitchens, bathrooms, basements, dormers and attics, whole house remodels, and auxillary dwelling units (AWU) among others. While gaining the benefit of experience, most importantly we have developed compassion, respect, courtesy, and an open heart for all the people we work with, especially you. Commercial Remodel: Although the projects are quite unique & variable we have the same personal attention as described above and development pathways described below in the HOW WE DO IT section. Please see our examples on our portfolio page.
Property Management: One of the newer and exciting areas in which we find a need for is helping you manage your property (s). Our present market requires creative solutions and patience. Often a neutral perspective is welcome to sort out options. We consult and advise as to buying or selling your existing residence, evaluating homes or condominiums under your consideration, or in the near term leasing your existing home. We actively manage income properties with access to all the best help to keep them in top condition with maximum income.
New Custom Homes: Our lot at 3300 SW Fairmount is in the design phase as of August 2010. This beautiful view property will be built out as market conditions improve.
HOW WE DO IT
With presence Rob observes and listens carefully to your preferred lifestyle, present and future needs, your project ideas, and budget goals. We develop a preliminary design, scope of work, and cost estimating spreadsheet. Upon your review we make adjustments, i.e. work the project details, delete or add items, work the budget spreadsheet for scope and cost etc. When finished we create our clear and concise contract documents. During the job, changes are a reality. With compassion, respect, and courtesy our intent is to inform you of options and their costs in advance to create successful outcomes.
