• Awkward and uneven entry, dated kitchen floor plan, 2nd story unsafe deck and railings

Resources:

• Moderate remodel

Implementation:

• Built new stainless steel cable system deck
• Reduced number of stairs to enter home and created inviting walkway and outdoor lighting to accentuate Asian landscaping
• Installed translucent windows to allow light in while blocking an undesirable view
• Installed stainless steel countertops for ease of use (hot surface, easy to clean), butcher block on island for warmth and look, granite to compliment the formal dining room, and laminate around the sink to compliment the granite and for ease of use
