• Extensive - complete remodel

Implementation:

• Lifted home to install new foundation and give them a full height lower level
• Lower level included pool room, media room, laundry/utility room, office, and master bath
• Created a spacious and luxurious feel by adding a family room with a loft above and a full garage
• Altered second floor layout to create 4 full bedrooms with two new bathrooms while remodeling the existing 3rd upstairs bathroom
• Put in all-new landscaping, a new roof and new siding
• End result was architecturally sensitive to the 1935 period and NW neighborhood
• The result was virtually a brand new home with 4400 sq. ft. of living space!
