• An architectural liability, this early 80's front entry was also a rainy season hazard.

Resources:

• Goal was functional safety and architectural beauty in a total redo of the front entry elements.

Implementation:

• Complete removal of existing front entry.
• Created an architectural asset to the front elevation complemented by the new landscape.
• Concrete and slate surfaces add safety for wet conditions.
• 'Balau' Mahogany and powder coated steel railings warm up the form.
