• Dated 1960’s ranch house in the SW hills with existing narrow galley kitchen

Resources:

• Extensive home remodel

Implementation:

• Pushed back wall out 2 feet to expand the kitchen
• Combined maple and cherry cabinetry with deep stained oak floors
• Used low voltage cable lighting to highlight art features and granite countertops
• Complete revamp of bathroom to open the floor plan for a luxurious feel and provide ample closet space
• Used rice paper glass on teak to give the shower a grand feel with natural light
• Replaced narrow staircase with an inviting entrance to the lower level
